How do you guarantee the quality of your products?
We have a three-fold quality control process:

What are the main materials used in your fitness equipment?
We use high quality Q235 steel, 304 stainless steel, anti-rust plating and environmentally friendly ABS plastic to ensure that the equipment is durable, has a strong load-bearing capacity and meets international safety standards.
Q: What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A: Retail customers can order single piece, wholesale customers MOQ is 1 piece (support mixed batch). Customized orders need to be confirmed separately according to the scheme.
Q: How is the shipping time and shipping cost calculated?
A:In-stock products: shipped within 48 hours (domestic), delivered in 3-7 working days. International shipping: DHL/FedEx/Ocean shipping is available, shipping cost is calculated in real time (according to area and weight), tariffs are borne by the consignee.

Q: How long is the product warranty period? How to apply for after-sales service?
A: Warranty policy: 3-year warranty for the whole machine, and 12-month replacement service for wearing parts (such as hydraulic rods and belts) separately.

Q: Do you support returns and exchanges?
A: Within 30 days of receipt of the goods, the product has not been used, the packaging is intact can be returned without reason (shipping costs). Quality problems are free of charge.

A: We support PayPal, credit cards (Visa/MasterCard) and bank transfers. All transactions are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption to ensure information security.
